Product Minimums and Reorder Requirements: Vana Body currently does not have a minimum purchase order. There are no reorder requirements at this time. For bulk discounts, please contact us directly at info@vanabody.com

Order Fulfillment: Fulfillment can take up to 2 - 4 weeks depending upon stock levels, and therefore all wholesale clients are asked to plan accordingly. Usually, orders are shipped out within one week. Please specify if you would like items to be sent as they are ready or held until the order is able to be shipped in full. Additional shipping fees may apply. 

Shipping & Handling: The shipping charges quoted in your order are based on the total weight of the products chosen via USPS Priority Mail, USPS Flat Rate or UPS Ground Service depending on what is more cost efficient. Insurance is required on all international orders (when available). If your particular country does not enable the purchase of insurance on your package, Vana Body will not be responsible for any loss or damage that may occur. Vana Body reserves the right to refuse any order felt to be fraudulent. 

Wholesale Payments: Orders must be paid for in full in U.S. currency prior to shipment. We accept credit cards, debit cards and PayPal. If you are an international client and need to speak with us about other options, please contact info@vanabody.com

Wholesale Returns & Restocking Fees: We stand behind our products and want to maintain a great relationship with our retailers. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. We can offer a replacement or a shop credit for certain circumstances. Please contact us here or send us an email (info@vanabody.com) with any concerns about your purchase so we can figure something out! We want you to love your products as much as we do. Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase.

Lost, Incorrect or Damaged Goods:  If your merchandise is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, save all contents and packing materials and contact us within 3 business days after its arrival. Shipments that arrive in damaged condition will be replaced only after proof of damage. 

Canceling/Changing Your Order: Your order can be cancelled or altered after it has been placed so long as your order hasn't been fulfilled. You may contact us as soon as possible to see if your order has already started to be processed. In the event that it has not, we will be more than happy to make changes to it within 24 hours.

Product Samples: We do offer sample products for testing prior to your order at a small cost that is then returned at your first wholesale order. Get your samples here.

In-store Product Testers: Providing tester products to the public is up to the retailer’s discretion. 

Privacy Policy: We hate spam as much as you do, and will never share your information with anyone. It is for our eyes only. The only automatic subscription is for our resellers who will be added to a reseller list to be notified of any important changes in policies, line sheets updates, and things of similar important nature.
